Miguel Angel Torres is a survivor of male to male rape.
1) Race and Ethnicity have no objective existence in nature.
2) The concepts of race and ethnicity were politically and socially constructed.
3) Gender and gender roles in context of social relations have no objective existence in nature.
4) The concepts of gender and gender roles were politically and socially constructed .
5) Nationality has no objective existence in nature.
6) The concept of nationality was politically constructed and evolves historically.
7) Sexual orientation has no objective existence in nature.
8) All human individuals have the potential to engage in homosexual, heterosexual or bisexual activity at any time as long as they consent to the activity and are of age to consent to the activity.
9) Having a penis does not entitle anyone to special advantages or rights in society.
10) Having a vagina or a set of tits (natural or silicon) does not entitle anyone to special advantages or rights in society.
11) The culture of rape affects both females and males. Disproportionate attention is given to make male on female rape while female on male and male on male rape are ignored. (*)
12) The human rights to presumption of innocence, to remain silent when questioned and to evidence based due process are inviolable, and cannot be suspended under the excuse of "ending the culture of rape". (**)
13) The de-facto abolition of the right to presumption of innocence in context of rape allegations has only resulted in strengthening the trend towards the emergence and consolidation of a police state.

(*) Not to impute the possibility of female on female rape.
(**) Human Rights can be arbitrarily suspended by State Actors but never abolished after having been defined. Human Rights can be expanded but never rescinded. Individuals are always entitled to them regardless of whether a Nation State actor or polity recognizes their validity or not in its laws. Law and sovereignty are not legitimate reasons for curtailment or suspension of Human Rights.
